Book Tag Fun!

#1: Read only trilogies or stand-alones?

I read both, but good trilogies are not easy to find so mostly I read stand-alones.

#2: Read only female or male authors?

I read both but since I like to read YA I find it’s usually female author’s for some reason. One guy author that I love is Don Calame. His books Swim The Fly and Beat The Band are so funny, I LOVE them!

#3: Shop at Bookstore or Amazon?

Used bookstores, Chapters and Amazon! I like that I can find anything on Amazon. I like that I can find rare and unheard of things at used book stores and I like that I can pick up the latest thing and spoil myself at Chapters.

#4: All books become movies or t.v. shows?

Only certain books work for movies and T.V. But I’d love to see all good YA books on the big screen!

#5: Read 5 pages per day or 5 books per week?

Five pages a day, unless you count all the writing and editing I do of my own stuff, then I’d count that as at least two books a week.

#6: Be a professional reviewer or author?

Author of course!

#7: Only read your top 20 favorite books over and over or always read new ones that you haven’t read before?

I always read new stuff. I can’t remember ever rereading a book, I already know what happens! But I must admit I reread Swim The Fly because I knew I’d laugh out loud, again.

#8: Be a librarian or book seller?

Oh a book seller! And if I could afford to have a space for people to come in and spend 3 hours reading or even writing in my book shoppe I totally would do it! No more obligatory buying of coffee at Starbucks, sit and read for free! The place would be packed every day!

#9: Only read your favorite genre, or every genre except your favorite?

I’ll read different genres if someone has suggested a great book, and I do read more than one genre. But I tend to find myself sticking to the same styles I like.

#10: Only read physical books or eBooks?

I’ve tried to get into ebooks, and I read on wattpad when I get a chance, But mostly I’m still a physical book person.
